1-Shine Youth services takes a whole-child approach to youth development. Our curriculum is carefully designed to  meet the intellectual, social, behavioral, and emotional needs of each and every child we serve.

We believe that children must be engaged in the learning process and encouraged to creatively explore the many facets of performing arts through the promotion of cultural unity and collaboration.
